“I was also passionate about the beauty industry and knew I could add value to a beauty customer’s experience. Back then the beauty industry was very different and I saw an opportunity to take the small business beauty salon model in a corporate direction. My intention was initially to deliver high quality waxing and spray tanning services and essentially that was what we delivered. Since then, however, we’ve added a whole range of products and services to fulfil our clients’ diverse needs. It’s proven to be a winning formula.
