CEO of the Skin & Beauty Training Centre and founder of the popular Brazilian Beauty brand of beauty clinics, Francesca Webster has gained significant success since first stepping into the highly competitive Australian beauty industry in 2004.
Launched from her vision to collectively share her corporate skills, including franchising, digital marketing, training and product development, Francesca tirelessly drives towards encouraging other businesswomen to succeed, and invites all women to believe in both their own beauty and abilities.
With a passion for process and innovation, Francesca Webster has propelled her business and brand architecture forward winning numerous awards and accolades along the way.
General Manager, Charlotte Clarke is a qualified Beauty Therapist with over 17 years experience in beauty service provisions, in-clinic management operations and beauty therapy training and development protocols.
Having worked for some of Australia's leading beauty and training organisations - including Brazilian Beauty Clinics, Australian Skin Institute and as post-graduate skin science educator for the International Dermal Institute - Charlotte's experience has led her to successfully source, develop and implement new and innovative procedures and training sessions within the field of aesthetics and business.
Training and Development Manager
With more than 11 years experience in the beauty industry, qualified Beauty Therapist and expert Nail Technician, Megan Turnbull brings more than just her wealth of knowledge and skill to the SBTC table.
A passionate and dedicated trainer specialising in advanced skin treatments and protocols, Megan’s professional but personal approach to training ensures her students receive quality training while focusing on individual needs and bespoke support. A unique mentoring style that has made her a favourite amongst students.
Holding a Diploma in Advanced Skin Care and Clinical Aromatherapy, and having spent the last 15 years heading up some of the world’s leading spas and beauty brands, Candice Wilson brings unparalleled insight and wisdom to her role as our Skin and Beauty Training Centre Sales Representative.
Starting her career as an in-clinic Beauty Therapist for a 5-star, luxury spa in South Africa, Candice’s aptitude for salon management and training eventually lead her to Dubai, the Maldives, Fiji and Australia, where she worked in spa operations, business training and product development roles for international companies such as award-winning Duniye Spa, Dermalogica, Environ and Healing Earth.
Now responsible for supporting new and existing SBTC students, Candice combines her unique skill-set and experience to provide invaluable guidance to beauty industry professionals looking to level up their business.
Having studied a Bachelor Of Arts in Graphic Design, Brook Ivins brings more than 8 years of social media and digital marketing experience to her role as Marketing Manager for Skin and Beauty Training Centre.
Winner of the AHA ‘Best Marketing Talent’ award for the ACT in 2018, Brooke has worked for both local and international high-profile brands such as Cartier, OGX Beauty and Ronald McDonald House Charities, as well as Canberra’s iconic Lala Hospitality Group for whom she successfully launched their latest venture - Amici Deli & Wine Bar.
Brooke is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at fostering both brand awareness and company growth.
Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Holding an Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Spa Services and with two years of in-salon experience, Lucy understands the guidance and support new students and beauty industry freshmen require.
From online communications and enrolments to personalised support during your face-to-face training days, Lucy's friendly, professional and proficient manner will ensure all students feel confident and supported through their training program.
