We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday AEST. We dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*.
Please note: During peak periods, sales, Australian public holidays, or COVID-19 lockdowns, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
Expected Shipping Times
Our express service delivery timeframes are based on your location from our warehouse in Albion, Brisbane. Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth, which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
We ship using Express Post with Australia Post and Sendle for all orders within Australia. All shipping estimations are based on metro areas.

Dispatching Your Order
We use Australia Post and Sendle for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the corresponding depot, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email from the relative shipping couriers, please check your junk mail or contact us at email@example.com.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. The Skin and Beauty Training Centre is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect from our training centre in Brisbane.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification when it is ready for pick up from 10 Albion Road, Albion, QLD, 4010. Please present your order confirmation email to one of our team members and they can assist you in collecting your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. The Skin and Beauty Training Centre is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

International Customs & Taxes
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs and taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office before receiving your order.
The Skin and Beauty Training Centre will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and tax charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
