Since founding Brazilian Beauty in 2004, Francesca Webster has gained significant success in the highly competitive beauty industry as well as it’s sub-sectors including franchising, digital marketing, training and product development.
Launched from her vision to collectively share her corporate skills and tireless drive towards encouraging other businesswomen to succeed, Brazilian Beauty and it’s sister companies, Australian Skin Institute (ASI) and Skin & Beauty Training Centre invites women to believe in both their own beauty and abilities through a nurturing and mentoring platform aimed at delivering personal and professional success through the provision of products, services and self-empowerment.

Totalling 10 Brazilian Beauty Company Owned Clinics peppered throughout SE Queensland as well as Australian Skin Institute distribution centre and Skin & Beauty Training Centre HQ locations in Brisbane, Francesca has also expanded into the southern states, generating in excess of 100 jobs, constantly growing and sustaining her business even through economically difficult times.

Kellie Beckman - Human Resource Manager
Kellie Beckman is chief Human Resource Manager, overseeing talent acquisition and development as well as managing both employee and company relations. A fully qualified Beauty Therapist and past 2IC for Brazilian Beauty, Kellie has combined her vast knowledge and experience of the beauty industry with her recently completed Bachelor Degree in Business Management, majoring in Human Resources, to develop and implement efficient company payroll systems and protocols as well as initiating a ‘People and Culture’ framework that rewards employees based on ongoing performance and productivity.
Having worked as Assistant Business Banking Manager for the likes of NAB and ANZ while completing her 6 years of study and currently undertaking an internship with a Brisbane based HR firm in order to further develop her skill set, has allowed Kellie to gain a unique and empathetic perspective on Human Resource Management, pivotal to the company’s increasing productivity.
A well regarded member of the Brazilian Beauty group of companies, Kellie believes that a happy workplace culture, taking care of your health and a balanced work/play lifestyle is the key to feeling and looking beautiful.
Charlotte Clarke - Operations Manager
Lead Operations Manager and Medical Department Coordinator, Charlotte Clarke is a qualified Beauty Therapist with over 15 years experience in beauty service provisions as well as both in-clinic and corporate salon management systems.
In 2009, Charlotte was pivotal in leading Brazilian Beauty’s flagship Brisbane store to success, reaching the highest sales performance in Brazilian Beauty history and earning her the coveted ‘Clinic Coordinator Of The Year’ award.
Today, as head of Operations for the Brazilian Beauty group of companies, Charlotte applies her extensive knowledge and experience in salon growth and management to the sourcing, development and implementation of new and innovative procedures within the field of beauty therapy, as well as overseeing the training and development of Brazilian Beauty’s in-house cosmetic medical team.
The epitome of natural beauty, Charlotte believes that true beauty comes when you find freedom in self-expression and the confidence to own your own kind of beautiful.
Jordana Nielsen - Brazilian Beauty Area Manager (QLD)
Queensland Area Manager, Jordana Nielson is a qualified Beauty Therapist and highly experienced clinic manager responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the company’s nine corporate clinics, clinic managers and teams of Beauty Therapists.
With a natural talent for management and now boasting an 11-year history with Brazilian Beauty; at just 19 years of age Jordana became the youngest employee in Brazilian Beauty history to be appointed Clinic Coordinator, winning many of the most coveted beauty awards along the way such as Brazilian Beauty Young Gun Of The Year, 2IC Of The Year, Runner-Up Coordinator Of The Year and finally Coordinator Of The Year.
Well respected amongst her peers, Jordana has been instrumental in the development of various management programs aimed at boosting clinic sales and KPI achievement via effective communication protocols, rewarding staff incentive programs and the implementation of a profit-sharing opportunity for Clinic Coordinators.
A firm believer that to ‘look good’ one must firstly ‘feel good’; the productivity and success of her team is a credit to, not only Jordana’s commitment to employee empowerment, but also to her unique ‘achieve and reward’ style of management.
Meg Cumming - Marketing Executive
Marketing Executive, Meg is a QUT graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Entertainment Industries, majoring in Marketing and Events.
With 5 years industry experience, Meg has worked as a marketing professional in the retail and hospitality industry as well as at some of Brisbane’s best known events such as Splendour In The Grass, Brisbane Festival, Big Sound and the Sunnybank $2 Food Trail, to name a few.
As part of the Brazilian Beauty group of company’s marketing team, Meg is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing such as social media content and campaign implementation, website design and maintenance, digital communications and in-house graphic design.
A beauty enthusiast from a young age, Meg has always believed in the importance of looking after one’s skin and embraces our brand’s ethos of ‘owning your own style of beauty’ as a refreshing change from the digital concepts portrayed in social media.
Chelsea Wonka - ASI Product Developer and Trainer
Fully qualified Beauty Therapist and Advanced Skin Specialist, Chelsea Wonka has been an integral part of the Brazilian Beauty group of companies since 2009.
Her extensive in-clinic experience and in-depth knowledge of skin science has led Chelsea to become pivotal in the growth and development of the Australian Skin Institute range of cosmeceutical skincare products having introducing the use of cutting-edge technology and incorporating Australian botanicals within the formulations while upholding a ‘clean-product’ ethos.
As well as product R&D, Chelsea is responsible for the design, development and implementation of advanced skin treatments and their protocols and is head ASI trainer at the Skin and Beauty Training Centre.
Chelsea believes that beauty can come from being inspirational to others and, as such is dedicated to delivering exceptional science based skin knowledge to beauty professionals looking to empower their clients with the self-confidence that comes from having both physical and emotional beauty.
Marina Zarganis - Creative Writer (Marketing)
With over 30 years of industry experience, Marina Zarganis is a qualified Beauty Therapist and advanced skin therapies' technician specialising in Cosmetic Tattoo.
A second generation beauty veteran, Marina owned and managed her own successful salon and beauty equipment company before semi-retiring in 2018 when she went on to join the Brazilian Beauty team as Clinic Coordinator of their CBD clinic.
With a passion for elevating and upholding beauty industry standards, Marina has now moved into a HQ role as Creative Writer in the marketing team, writing both informative and educational blogs on various topics regarding beauty products, services and procedures.
A firm supporter of continued education, Marina believes that there are many facets to feeling beautiful with the most powerful one coming from the empowerment of knowledge, and thus, strives to provide enriching and educational information through her writing.
Natalie Davis - Operations Assistant
In charge of supporting the day-to-day operations of HQ activities as well as the company’s nine corporate clinics, Natalie Davis is a qualified Beauty Therapist with 15 years' experience in beauty service provisions as well as in-clinic, corporate and franchisee management and support protocols.
With a background in beauty training, Natalie also applies her extensive knowledge and experience to the training and development of the company’s team of Beauty Therapist via the writing and implementation of both in-house and online training programs for the Skin And Beauty Training Centre.
A busy mother of 2, who is focused on empowering young Beauty Therapists to grow and develop in their career, firmly believes that women and men of all shapes and sizes should be free to feel beautiful in their own skin.
Riley Hadwen - Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Currently studying a dual degree in Law and Business and with a background in function and events management, Riley Hadwen is an experienced warehouse and logistics manager responsible for maintaining supplier interface and management, planning and forecasting product distribution as well as managing online sales.
A keen environmentalist, Riley’s passion lies in research and development of eco-friendly, renewable packaging suitable for use within the cosmetics industry. He believes beauty comes from confidently accepting and embracing your true self and feeling happy in your own skin.
Jack Ramsay - Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Warehouse and logistics manager Jack Ramsay is a founding team member of the Australian Skin Institute and has been with the company for over 10 years. Responsible for overseeing the warehouse team, Jack is also key to maintaining supplier interface and management, planning and forecasting product distribution as well as managing online sales.
A keen boxing enthusiast and secret cat lover, Jack believes beauty comes from wellness. Keeping your mind and body healthy both on the inside and the outside the key feeling beautiful.
Lottie Ralph - Administrative Assistant
Lottie Ralph is a highly professional and experienced Administrative Assistant responsible for all front-of-house and general office administration duties including customer and client liaison as well as providing support to the various company departments.
With a degree in media communications already under her belt, Lottie’s keen interest in skin health has led her to continue her studies by undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics); a qualification which will eventually see her working with advanced skin procedures and services aimed at treating an array of disorders and complications of the skin, including wound healing and skin cancer checks.
A self-proclaimed ‘Office Fairy’ and avid outdoor adventurer, Lottie believes happiness and beauty go hand-in-hand and says the happiest people are always the most beautiful.
